Position Summary
Growatt is seeking a highly motivated Product Engineer to support product promotion, technical engagement, market development, and customer success across regional markets. This role serves as a key link between product development, sales teams, distributors, and end customers, ensuring successful product deployment and market adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Support regional sales and marketing teams in promoting Growatt products and solutions, including PV inverters, energy storage systems, and smart energy technologies.
- Provide technical expertise for product demonstrations, customer presentations, workshops, webinars, and training sessions.
- Assist distributors, installers, and customers with technical inquiries, system design recommendations, and solution proposals.
- Deliver ongoing technical training and product education to sales teams, channel partners, and customers to improve product knowledge and application capabilities.
- Collect market feedback, customer requirements, and competitive intelligence to support product enhancement and new product development.
- Collaborate with product management and R&D teams to improve product performance, usability, and market competitiveness.
- Support new product launches by developing technical materials, localized product documentation, application guides, and marketing content.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, customer events, and technical forums to represent Growatt and strengthen brand awareness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, installers, EPCs, and other key stakeholders within the renewable energy industry.
- Travel regularly within the region to provide technical support and engage with customers and partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in product engineering, technical support, application engineering, pre-sales engineering, or a related technical role.
- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and renewable energy applications.
- Ability to analyze technical requirements and provide practical solutions to customers and partners.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Willingness to travel frequently for customer visits, training, and industry events.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in the solar energy, energy storage, or renewable energy industry.
- Familiarity with local electrical standards, grid requirements, and renewable energy regulations.
- Experience supporting distributors, installers, EPC companies, or channel partners.
