Your Role
You will support children with complex clinical and neuro-diverse needs in their own homes, handling tasks such as:
- Respiratory Support: Tracheostomy care, suctioning, BiPAP, Airvo, and cough assist.
- Clinical Feedings: Managing PEG and JEG feeding tubes.
- Medication Management: Administering epilepsy and emergency medications.
What We Need From You
- Registration: A valid NMC Pin (RNC, or RGN with strong paediatric experience).
- Experience: Background in complex care or autism is highly valued.
- Mindset: Reliable, independent, and possessing a "family-first" approach.
