Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Temporary Electroplater to join our team over the busy summer period. This role involves working in a dynamic environment where precision and attention to detail are essential. The successful candidate will contribute to the electroplating process, ensuring high-quality finishes on various components. Duties
- Work with existing staff to carry out a wide variety of plating processes
- Monitor and maintain electroplating processes, adjusting parameters as needed
- Inspect finished components for quality, ensuring adherence to standards
- Clean and prepare parts prior to electroplating, including degreasing and masking
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, complying with health and safety regulations
Experience
- Mechanical knowledge with an understanding of electrochemical processes is advantageous
