The Opportunity
We are looking for a commercially minded, entrepreneurial Marketing & Sales Manager to lead brand growth, partnerships, and revenue initiatives across a portfolio of experience-driven businesses.
Working directly with founders and senior leadership, you will shape go-to-market strategy, B2B partnerships, and customer growth in both London and New York.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving, founder-led environments and wants real ownership, not just execution.
We are open to full-time, part-time, or freelance professionals, depending on availability.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Marketing
- Lead integrated campaigns across digital, content, PR, and partnerships
- Strengthen brand awareness and customer acquisition in the UK and US
- Deliver creative activations and events that build community and visibility
Partnerships & B2B Growth
- Build and manage relationships with corporates, hotels, property groups, and institutions
- Design tailored membership, gifting, and experience-led B2B offers
- Identify strategic partnerships aligned with brand positioning
Membership, Loyalty & Customer Value
- Grow membership, referral, and subscription programmes
- Improve retention, engagement, and lifetime value
- Collaborate with operations to enhance the end-to-end customer experience
Sales & Commercial Strategy
- Identify new revenue opportunities across services, retail, and new locations
- Support pricing, promotions, and revenue planning
- Contribute directly to commercial performance and growth targets
US Expansion
- Support launches and marketing of new New York locations
- Lead local outreach, partnerships, and brand activations
- Establish strong market presence in the US
Performance & Insights
- Track campaign, partnership, and revenue performance
- Ensure ROI-driven, data-led decision making
- Provide clear reporting to founders and leadership
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in marketing and/or sales within hospitality, retail, or premium lifestyle brands
- Proven success in B2B partnerships and corporate relationship management
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content strategy, and brand growth
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in scaling, ambiguity, and ownership
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Motivation to grow with an internationally scaling brand
- Comfortable working in flexible, fast-growing, founder-led environments
- Able to work in full-time, part-time, or freelance capacity
