Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Plant Area Team Member/Supervisor at Caulders Cupar. The level of the role will be based on your experience.
As a member of the Plant Area Team you will be actively involved in the the day-to-day running of the outdoor area including the care, display and maintenance of plants.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and communication skills, with a passion for plants and customer service.

Responsibilities
- Ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards
- Assist customers with product selection, providing expert advice on gardening and horticulture-related queries
- Maintain organised stock displays and merchandising to optimise visual appeal and accessibility
- Coordinate with team members to ensure the plant area remains clean, well-stocked, and compliant with health and safety regulations
- Manage stock levels, organise deliveries, and ensure accurate inventory records are maintained
- Contribute to promotional activities and seasonal displays to enhance store presentation
Skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Knowledge of gardening, horticulture, and plant care principles desirable
- Experience in merchandising or retail environments is preferred
- Ability to work well within a team as well as independently when required
- Customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- Passion for plants, gardening, and sustainable practices
