We are looking for an experienced and talented Maintenance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the property environment or managing a team.
Responsibilities:
- Experience of managing and developing a team, as well as working efficiently with them.
- Experience in working in a property / estates/ maintenance team
- Good administrative experience to include developing and improving processes
- Experience developing and improving a service and customer service.
- Lead on the management of maintenance across all OUR 200 PROPERTIES.
- Lead and organise the running and development of the maintenance team within established procedures and policies.
- Direct and manage team members to quickly respond and carry out repairs to faulty or damaged building elements, finishes, fixtures and fittings, mechanical & electrical systems.
- Encourage the delivery of an excellent customer service culture
- Inspect properties regularly to ensure it meets safety standards.
- Arrange for routine maintenance checks
- Manage the rota system to ensure appropriate resources are available to satisfy demands and hire staff when needed in the company.
- Checking Invoices for maintenance employees and services booked by the maintenance department.
- Create schedules for when properties are going to be checked and serviced
- Should be good at working in a fast pace enviorment to ensure jobs are being done in a timely manner and between check in and check out times.
- Organising gardens & Rubbish collection
- Must be comfortable working as as manager and taking on responsibility of the department.
- The job is based in office - required to go out and do inspections if needed.
You should have significant experience in a maintenance management position.

Pay: £16.00-£18.00 per hour
