Job Title: Buggy Driver – Airport
Job Purpose:
To provide safe, professional, and timely buggy transport services to VIP passengers in the airport terminal, always ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate airport passenger buggies in a safe and responsible manner.
- Transport passengers to and from designated airport locations.
- Provide assistance with luggage as required.
- Always ensure passenger comfort and safety.
- Follow all airport safety and security procedures.
- Report any vehicle defects or incidents immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the buggy.
- Deliver excellent customer service with a professional, polite, and helpful attitude.
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid UK full driving licence.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a buggy driver (preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong awareness of health, safety, and security procedures.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous in a busy airport environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Must always be presentable with suit and tie
Desirable:
- Previous airport or customer service experience.
- Experience in assisting passengers with reduced mobility (PRM).
