Production Team Leader - Carrington (Temp to Perm)
Shift: Rotating - 6:00am-2:30pm / 2:00pm-10:30pm
Pay: £13.07 per hour + 5% bonus after probation + overtime available
The Best Connection - Manchester are recruiting on behalf of our client in Carrington for a Production Team Leader to join their operations team on a temp-to-perm basis.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support production operators to ensure smooth, efficient daily operations

Step in to cover the Shift Manager when required

Operate and monitor the baler panel and SCADA system

Conduct regular safety and compliance meetings, promoting a strong HSE culture

Maintain high standards of quality, productivity, and housekeeping

Assist in training and mentoring staff to meet operational targets

Requirements:

Previous supervisor experience is essential

Counterbalance license (desireable)
-
Telehandler license (desireable)
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with previous production or supervisory experience who is confident working in a fast-paced environment.
