- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies, providing reassurance and support
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
- Adhere strictly to infection control procedures and health & safety standards within the clinical setting
Qualifications
- Valid registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) or equivalent regulatory body
- Proven experience in patient care within a hospital or clinical environment
- Proficiency in medication administration, including understanding of dosages and potential side effects
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Compassionate approach with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and clinical demands
