We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Assist residents or clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Support the implementation of personalised care plans under the supervision of healthcare professionals.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals in care settings or at home.
- Monitor and report on the health and wellbeing of clients, noting any changes or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided using IT systems and documentation protocols.
- Support clients with meal preparation and feeding where necessary.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure coordinated care delivery.
- Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a care home or providing home care is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Basic IT skills for maintaining records and updating care plans digitally.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: £13.38 per hour
