Warehouse Operative – Fresh Produce (Non-Driving Position)
Location: Oban, PA34 4HG
Salary: £13.50 per hour (standard) | £20 per hour (overtime)
Hours: Full-time, Permanent | 39.5 hours/week + up to 20 hours optional overtime
Join our busy, family-run fresh produce warehouse in Oban! We’re looking for hardworking individuals to join our team as warehouse operatives, picking and preparing orders for delivery to hotels and restaurants. This is a non-driving role with immediate start opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:
- A good level of fitness (you’ll be lifting items up to 25kg)
- Ability to read and write English and understand delivery invoices
- A strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Basic English – Ukrainian speakers welcome, with full English training provided
