My client is seeking a reliable and experienced Tractor & Trailer Driver to join their growing team in Bridgnorth. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting materials safely and efficiently between sites.
Duties:
- Operate tractor and trailer units safely and efficiently.
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and basic maintenance inspections.
- Ensure loads are secure and comply with transport regulations.
- Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and records.
- Follow health & safety procedures at all times.
- Work closely with site managers, dispatch teams, and customers.
- Keep vehicles clean and in good working condition
Required:
- Previous experience operating tractors and trailers in an agricultural, construction, or quarry environment.
- Valid driving licence relevant to the role.
- CPCS, NPORS, or agricultural machinery certification preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong timekeeping and reliability.
- Flexible approach to working hours during busy periods.
