Duties
- Greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their purchases
- Managing stock levels, including replenishing shelves and organising displays
- Providing product information and answering customer queries effectively
- Handling cash transactions accurately and processing card payments
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the shop floor
- Supporting the team in daily shop operations and ensuring excellent customer service standards are met
Qualifications
- Fluency in English
- Strong communication skills
- Basic maths skills for handling cash and transactions accurately
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
- Experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Organised with good attention to detail, especially in merchandising and stock management
