OTE: £65,000+ Uncapped Commission

About Safeguard Systems
Safeguard Systems is a fast-growing Fire & Security company delivering Fire Alarms, CCTV, Access Control and Electronic Security solutions across commercial sectors.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record of generating new business within the Fire & Security industry.
The Role
This is a pure business development role focused on winning new commercial clients and generating revenue growth.
You will be responsible for:
- Generating new business opportunities
- Self-generating leads and opening doors
- Building relationships with commercial clients, FM companies, contractors and end users
- Developing and managing your own sales pipeline
- Closing high-value commercial deals
- Consistently exceeding sales targets
- Identifying opportunities for maintenance contracts and recurring revenue
Requirements
- Proven business development experience within the Fire & Security industry
- Strong understanding of Fire Alarms, CCTV, Access Control and Electronic Security systems
- Demonstrable track record of winning new business
- Experience selling into commercial environments
- Existing industry relationships and contacts highly desirable
- Self-motivated, commercially driven and target-focused
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
