Overview
We are looking for a wonderful individual to come and join our kitchen team.
Duties
- Carry out efficient food preparation and service
- Oversee all aspects of food production, including planning menus, preparing ingredients, and cooking dishes to specification
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to deliver seamless service to customers
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to develop their skills and knowledge
- Monitor food presentation and quality control to uphold brand standards
- Assist in the development of new recipes and menu items based on current culinary trends
Experience
- Proven supervisory experience within a professional kitchen environment
- Extensive background in food preparation, cooking, and food production
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Solid understanding of kitchen safety protocols and food safety regulations
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is highly desirable
- Experience in serving customers and managing high-pressure situations in busy settings
- Knowledge of culinary techniques across various cuisines is preferred

Pay: From £13.50 per hour
