- Manage calendars and schedule meetings for a team of circa 6-7
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle travel arrangements, including booking transport and accommodation.
- Maintain and organise filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Respond to emails and phone calls professionally and promptly.
- Assist in organising events and team activities.
- Provide general administrative support to the secretarial and business support team.
- Ensure confidential information is handled with discretion and professionalism.
A successful PA should have:
- have worked in a similar fast paced role
- A strong understanding of administrative and organisational processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- An eye for detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

£30,000 to £35,000 (depending on the candidate) plus benefits
