The Role
This is a full-time consultative B2B outbound sales role focused on developing larger business accounts, obtaining repeat orders, sourcing new potential customers and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
You’ll be:
- Proactively generating new business opportunities
- Building strong relationships and understanding customer needs
- Offering tailored solutions that add real value
- Managing your pipeline and hitting (and exceeding) targets
- Collaborating across teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
Requirements:
- Proven B2B telesales / outbound sales experience
- A resilient, self-motivated mindset
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Confidence in handling objections and closing deals
- Ability to manage KPIs, targets, and pipeline effectively
- A team player who can also work independently
- Knowledge and experience using LinkedIn for prospecting, lead generation, and building client relationships
