The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new contacts opportunities in commercial ,industrial cleaning and car dealership valet, building strong relationship, and driving revenue growth through effective outreach and engagement. Experience with Salesforce and CRM software is highly desirable to streamline processes and optimise client management. This position is flexible, allowing you to work remotely while contributing significantly to our company's expansion.

We are now looking for a results-driven freelance BDM to help us secure long-term contracts and grow our client base.
The Role
As a Freelance BDM, you will be responsible for generating leads, pitching services, and closing contracts.
This is a remote, flexible role with high earning potential based on performance
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients (B2B)
- Generate qualified leads (cold outreach, networking, LinkedIn)
- Book and attend meetings (remote or in-person if applicable)
- Pitch cleaning and valeting services
- Prepare quotes and proposals
- Negotiate and close contracts
- Build long-term client relationships
Duties
- Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and outreach activities
- Develop customised proposals and presentations to attract new business opportunities
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales pipelines using Salesforce or other CRM software
- We are looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience in B2B sales or business development
- Ideally has worked in:
- Commercial cleaning
- Facilities management
- Automotive valeting / dealerships
- Has a track record of winning service contracts
- Is confident with cold calling, emailing, and closing deals
- Is self-motivated and target-driven
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
- Attend virtual meetings, conferences, or events as required to promote the company's services
- Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities to the management team
Experience
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a B2B environment
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly advantageous
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Demonstrated success in generating leads and closing deals independently
- Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously
- Knowledge of industry-specific markets or sectors related to our services is a plus

- Ability to close high-value deals (£5k–£100k+)
