Job Summary
Xclusive Care Homes is looking for caring, reliable and motivated Residential Support Workers to join our team if Bank Staff. You will play a vital role in supporting children and young people, helping them feel safe, valued and able to thrive.
What you’ll do:
- Provide day-to-day care, guidance and positive role modelling for children and young people.
- Support with daily routines including meals, household tasks and personal care.
- Organise and supervise fun and engaging activities, both at home and on trips or holidays.
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of children, following all policies and procedures.
- Keep accurate records and reports of incidents, progress and daily activities
What we’re looking for:
- Compassion, patience and the ability to build positive relationships with children and young people.
- A team player who is reliable, flexible and committed to making a difference.
- Willingness to complete training, including the Level 4 Care Certificate (after probation).
- Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential – full training and support will be provided.
