We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Production Quality Assurance (QA) professional to join our manufacturing team. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of products at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Implement and monitor HACCP procedures to guarantee food safety and regulatory compliance.
- Analyse production data and quality metrics to identify trends, deviations, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions taken.
- Assist in the development and review of quality assurance protocols and procedures.
- Support internal audits and coordinate external inspections as required.
- Promote a culture of quality awareness across all departments through training and communication.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing or food production environment.
- Knowledge of HACCP principles and their application in ensuring safety standards.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and make informed decisions.
- Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining independence when required.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting findings clearly.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in quality management or food safety are advantageous but not essential.
