Key Responsibilities – Cover Supervisor Role:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons prepared by subject teachers.
- Maintain pupil engagement and ensure a positive learning environment.
- Manage behaviour in line with the school’s policies.
- Supervise and support students, ensuring they stay focused and on task.
- Adapt confidently to a range of subjects and classrooms across the school.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Experience working with young people: tutoring, coaching, mentoring, youth work, childcare, or previous school roles.
- Confidence in leading a class and delivering pre-set work.
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
- Flexibility to work in different subjects and school environments.
- A passion for supporting student learning and development.
- A degree or relevant educational experience (preferred but not essential).
