Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy treatment across a broad MSK and performance caseload.
- Manage and grow a strong, repeatable individual client list with excellent retention.
- Support clinic growth via patient satisfaction, external referrals, and integration with performance services (e.g., Pilates, running analysis).
Who You Are
✔ Chartered physiotherapist with a minimum of 2+ years private practice (MSK focus) clinical experience preferably in the UK, Australia, New Zealand or South Africa.
✔ Excellent diagnostic reasoning and treatment planning skills.
✔ Evidence of building and managing personal caseload, strong treatment outcomes and client loyalty.
✔ Collaborative, coachable, and keen to contribute to team culture and systems.
✔ Good communicator, client-centric, and proactive in problem-solving.
