Hours: Sunday to Friday (optional 5 nights or 6 nights per week). 48 hours. Wage: Exceeds Nat Min Wage.
Must be age 18 years or over due to night work. Candidates must have experience and good meat knowledge and knife-butchery skills. Experience in portion control and a thorough understanding of the meat buyers guide is desirable. Duties will include preparing and cutting of meat to order and all other associated tasks as required. The employer has claimed an exception under the Equality Act 2010.
