Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and ongoing account management.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote the organisation’s services and expand professional networks.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic planning and maximise growth potential.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce is essential; familiarity with other CRM tools is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- A proactive attitude with a passion for achieving targets and driving organisational success.
- Relevant qualifications in business, marketing, or related fields are desirable but not essential. Pay: £24,420.00-£54,905.13 per year
