Kitchen Manager
Isabel’s Bar, Restaurant & Garden – Burton-on-Trent
Position Overview
Isabel’s Bar, Restaurant & Garden is seeking an experienced and highly organised Kitchen Manager to oversee the administrative, compliance and operational structure of our kitchen department.
This is predominantly a clerical and systems-based role, designed to support the smooth day-to-day running of a high-volume premium hospitality operation. While there will be some exposure to kitchen service and operational support, this is not a hands-on chef position.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining standards, ensuring compliance, supporting kitchen organisation and acting as a key liaison between senior management and the kitchen team.
Working hours are predominantly daytime shifts, typically between 8:00am – 4:00pm, offering a strong work-life balance compared to traditional kitchen management roles.
