Summary
We are seeking a Food Production Operative / Assistant to join our dedicated team in our HQ at Magna House, Canford Magna. You will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient production and distribution of high-quality food products, supporting our mission to deliver excellence to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Assist in food production processes ensuring quality standards are met.
- Follow HACCP and food safety protocols diligently.
- Operate mechanical equipment safely and effectively.
- Support daily operations including packaging, labeling, and inventory management.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the production area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
- Qualifications
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures.
- Experience or interest in food production or manufacturing.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is advantageous.
- Good numerical skills for inventory and measurement tasks.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
