Overview
( This is a permanent role so strictly no part time students )We are seeking dedicated Kitchen Porters/Night Cleaners to join our busy hospitality team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment, supporting chefs and restaurant staff to deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and eager to learn about food preparation and kitchen operations within a professional setting.
Duties
- Washing and sanitising dishes, utensils, pots, and pans to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Cleaning All Areas over night
- Keeping the kitchen area tidy and organised, including work surfaces and storage areas
- Supplies and stock replenishment
- Assisting with waste disposal and recycling procedures in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene standards at all times
- Helping with general cleaning duties within the kitchen and service areas to maintain a safe environment
Qualifications
- Atleast 6 months experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality is essential.
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations is desirable
- Experience in serving or hospitality roles can be beneficial
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards work responsibilities
