We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual to join our Pharmacy team as a Counter Assistant . We require an individual with excellent customer service skills. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, making a positive impact on the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities include assisting the Pharmacist in their duties, greeting patients and handling prescriptions, stock control/reordering, cash handling, daily retail shop duties, dealing with enquiries from patients, liaising with other health care professionals, answering the phone and dealing with telephone queries, providing information to patients regarding medication usage, dosage instructions, and potential side effects.
