About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join a supportive educational setting in Reigate, Surrey. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to work with pupils who require additional support to engage with education and achieve positive outcomes.
Working closely alongside the local council, you will play a vital role in delivering tailored educational support, helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, supporting pupils' academic and personal development, and collaborating with a range of professionals to ensure every child receives the support they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that meet the needs of individual learners
- Differentiate learning to support pupils with varying abilities and needs
- Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress
- Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
- Support pupils' social, emotional, and behavioural development
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, carers, and external professionals
- Contribute to pupil reviews, reports, and educational plans where required
- Maintain high expectations for learning, behaviour, and achievement
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Experience teaching primary-aged pupils
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- A flexible, proactive, and compassionate approach
- A passion for supporting pupils to achieve their full potential
- The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, families, and professionals
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one

Pay: £37,870.00-£56,154.00 per year
