We’re partnering with one of the world’s leading media agencies following multiple high-profile client wins, and they’re now looking to hire a talented Senior Paid Social Executive and Paid Social Manager to join their growing Manchester team.

The Role
As Senior Paid Social Executive / Paid Social Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid social campaigns across a variety of platforms and clients. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-performing campaigns that achieve both brand and performance objectives.
You’ll also play a key role in client communication, reporting, and campaign strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, X and Snap
- Develop and execute large-scale paid social strategies
- Monitor campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities
- Produce detailed reports, insights and client presentations
- Build strong relationships with clients and confidently lead meetings and calls
- Work collaboratively with wider digital and media teams to deliver best-in-class campaigns
We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience in a paid social, digital marketing, or agency environment
- Hands-on experience across major paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, X, Snap etc.)
- Strong understanding of campaign setup, optimisation and reporting
- Experience managing clients or external stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A proactive and commercially minded approach
