About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to support transformation initiatives by driving operational efficiency, gathering business requirements, and ensuring alignment across business and technology teams to deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify end-to-end inefficiencies and improve business processes
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements
- Drive operational efficiency and support transformation objectives
- Track value realization including cost optimization, productivity improvement, and risk reduction
- Act as a liaison between business, transformation, and technology teams
- Ensure smooth delivery through strong analysis and stakeholder collaboration
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in business analysis and requirements gathering
- Proven track record in improving operational efficiency
- Experience in value realization and benefits tracking
- Ability to drive cost optimization, productivity improvement, and risk reduction initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in Financial Services or large-scale transformation programs is a plus.
