Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook authentic Italian dishes to a consistently high standard.
- Ensure all food is prepared safely and hygienically.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the kitchen.
- Manage stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods.
- Support and work alongside the kitchen team.
- Help with menu development and daily specials when required.
- Follow all food safety and health & safety procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience preparing Italian cuisine in a professional kitchen.
- Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure.
- organisational and time management skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- A positive attitude and strong team-working skills.
