Overview
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Skilled Labourer to join our modular construction team. The successful candidate will support the manufacture, assembly, installation, and finishing of modular buildings within both factory and site-based environments.
This role is ideal for individuals with experience in construction, manufacturing, assembly, or general labouring who are looking to develop their skills within the fast-growing modular construction sector. The position involves assisting skilled trades, handling materials, maintaining safe working environments, and contributing to the successful delivery of high-quality modular building projects.
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or labouring environments.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong work ethic with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Understanding of health and safety requirements within construction or manufacturing environments.
- Experience within modular construction, off-site manufacturing, or building assembly is advantageous but not essential.

Pay: £12.21-£17.50 per hour
