About Battenhall Nursery
Battenhall Nursery is a small, independent, friendly nursery. As the building was previously a family home we are able to provide a warm, nurturing environment with a 'home from home' feel.
The nursery is open from 7:30 - 18:00 Monday to Friday, 51 weeks of the year excluding Bank Holidays.
Job Description
We are recruiting an Early Years Nursery Practitioner to work 9:00 - 15:00 to support the teams within the different rooms of the nursery 5 days a week.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, fun, proactive and able to use their initiative to work within our friendly nursery. You will be fully supported in your role by our Room Leaders and management team.

Job Requirements
- Enthusiastic with a 'can do' attitude
- Good communication skills
- Hold at least a Level 2 Early Years qualification that is deemed to be full and relevant by the Department of Education or willing to undertaken training to achieve an Early Years qualification
- Have an enhanced DBS certificate and be signed up to the update service
- Have a Paediatric First Aid qualification
