About the role:
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, standard working hours
- Pay Rate: Up to £18.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Brief Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced Tiler to join a busy maintenance team carrying out works across a range of residential and commercial properties.
Duties will include:
- Wall and floor tiling repairs and installations
- Replacing damaged tiles in kitchens, bathrooms, and communal areas
- Preparing surfaces for tiling
- Grouting, sealing, and finishing works
- Carrying out reactive and planned maintenance tasks
- Working within occupied and void properties
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Completing job sheets and relevant documentation

About You:
- High work ethic & team player
- Punctual & reliable
- Must be a time served or experienced Tiler
- Previous experience within maintenance, repairs, or facilities management preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Good attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Full UK Driving Licence essential
- CSCS card advantageous but not essential
