Summary
We are seeking a talented Videographer/Editor to join our dynamic team at Prospa Media. In this role, you will be responsible for producing and editing engaging video content that supports our clients' marketing objectives. Your creativity and technical skills will play a vital role in enhancing our advertising campaigns.
The Role
You'll work directly with our marketing team to:
- Film and edit original content for LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube - everything from team documentaries to behind-the-scenes footage and case studies
- Shoot and repurpose long-form video (podcast recordings, interviews, brand stories) into short-form social clips
- Edit and publish content that supports our sales funnel - e.g. case study testimonials, training clips, and ads
- Assist on brand shoot days to film products and BTS (occasional travel involved)
- Run and support our in-house podcast studio (setup, shoot, editing, delivery)
- Bring Prospa’s culture to life by capturing internal content that reflects our people, clients, and energy
- Create highly polished content that’s fast-paced, story-driven, and scroll-stopping
- Occasional travel, evening and weekend work - if we are attending events, dinners and conferences in the industry
What You’ll Need
- 1–2 years of hands-on videography and editing experience (agency or in-house)
- Strong knowledge of the Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
- Experience with DaVinci Resolve or other advanced colour grading tools is a plus
- Confidence using professional cameras, lighting setups, and audio equipment
- A strong visual portfolio of short-form social content, ideally organic-first
- An eye for storytelling, pacing, tone, and documentary-style editing
- Understanding of what performs on platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
- Ability to work at pace, juggle multiple projects, and keep quality high
- A keen vision for creating story telling content with a passion for generating aesthetic content
Bonus If You…
- Are comfortable occasionally jumping in front of the camera for BTS or casual clips
- Have experience filming events, interviews, or ads
