About the role
UK Caravan Centre is one of the UK's leading buyers and resellers of quality second-hand static caravans. Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced and self-motivated Caravan Buyer to join our team on a part-time basis, covering holiday parks across Devon.
This is a field-based role. You'll be out on the road three days a week, visiting holiday parks, building relationships with park managers and private owners, and sourcing quality pre-owned static caravans for resale through our nationwide network.
If you know your way around a static caravan, can spot value quickly, and enjoy the independence of working on the road — this could be the perfect role for you.
What you'll be doing
- Visiting holiday parks and private owners across Devon on a regular weekly circuit
- Assessing and valuing second-hand static caravans for purchase
- Negotiating purchase prices to maximise resale margin
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with park managers, holiday home owners and site staff
- Keeping up to date with caravan models, condition grades and market values
- Reporting purchases and pipeline activity back to the team
- Coordinating collection and logistics of purchased units
What we're looking for
- A solid knowledge of static caravans — makes, models, condition grades and values
- Previous experience in caravan sales, buying, or the holiday park industry is highly desirable
- Confident negotiator who can build rapport quickly
- Self-starter who can manage their own diary and weekly park schedule
- Full UK driving licence (essential — you'll need your own vehicle)
- Commercially minded with a good eye for a deal

- 10% commission on profit for every unit purchased and resold — your earnings grow with every good deal you do
