No. Ten Manchester Street is a luxury boutique hotel located in the heart of Marylebone, London. Renowned for its personalised service, elegant surroundings, and warm hospitality, the hotel offers guests a unique and memorable stay in one of London's most desirable neighbourhoods.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Night Cleaner to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and safety of the hotel's public and back-of-house areas throughout the night, ensuring the hotel is ready to welcome guests each morning. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Salary: Up to £31,500 per year (including Tronc)
Duties:
- Clean and maintain all public areas, back-of-house areas, and designated guest areas to the hotel's high standards.
- Carry out scheduled deep cleaning tasks and replenish cleaning supplies where required.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards.
- Assist guests with requests in a professional and courteous manner during the night shift.
- Carry out regular checks of public areas to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Follow all health & safety and hygiene procedures, using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
- Support other departments where required to ensure smooth overnight operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role is desirable but not essential.
- A positive attitude with a strong eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, flexible, and willing to work night shifts.
- Good communication skills and a commitment to excellent guest service.
