What You’ll Do
- Deliver high standards of patient care within community inpatient settings
- Administer medications safely and effectively
- Support patients with long-term conditions and palliative care needs
- Complete wound care and dressings
- Undertake catheter care and management
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation using EMIS systems
What You Need
- Active NMC Registration
- Minimum 6 months recent NHS experience within the last 2 years
- Community Nursing experience preferred
- EMIS Web experience
- EMIS Mobile experience
- Driver with business use insurance
Additional Requirements
- Up-to-date mandatory training (NHS compliant)
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS (Update Service preferred)
