About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse / Driver Operative to join a busy and growing company within the fenestration industry based in Northwich.
This is a varied role combining warehouse duties with local deliveries, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on position and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading windows, doors, glass and associated products.
- Preparing orders for dispatch and ensuring accuracy.
- Carrying out local deliveries to customers and trade sites.
- Checking deliveries and maintaining delivery records.
- Assisting with stock control and warehouse organisation.
- Ensuring products are stored safely and securely.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and efficient working environment.
- Supporting colleagues across the warehouse as required.
- Following all company Health & Safety procedures.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse and/or driving experience preferred.
- Experience within the fenestration, construction or building products industry would be advantageous.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Good level of physical fitness due to the nature of the role.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
