Baby Pre School Swim Instructor
Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified and passionate Baby Pre School Swimming Teacher to teach at our newly opening Swim School in Albrighton from September 2026. All lessons are planned for by our swim coordinator, but you are welcome to be involved in the planning process if you wish. We are looking for someone who will adopt our thematic learn through play approach to lessons. Our classes are very much child-led and it is important that the children in our swim school feel listened to and empowered. Our swim school runs throughout the year, with the exception of 2 weeks holiday for Christmas.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Swimming or other related field
- Minimum of 1 years experience in teaching BPS swimming
- Knowledge of swimming strokes, equipment (buoyancy devices, floatation devices, etc.)
- Knowledge of safety procedures and emergency procedures.
- Ability to work with students of all ages and ability to motivate students to perform at their highest level.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have reliable mobile phone and computer skills.
Responsibilities:
Instructor must be available to work weekends.
