Duties
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and service
- Prepare a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Oversee food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in accordance with health regulations
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control waste to optimise kitchen operation.
- Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction
- Monitor food quality throughout the preparation process, ensuring consistency and excellence
Skills
- Desire to get experience in food production, cooking, and kitchen management within a hospitality or restaurant environment.
- Understanding and knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Demonstrated ability in food preparation, culinary techniques, and presentation skills
