Dental Technician – Prosthetics

Overview
We are a well‑established prosthetics dental laboratory based in Spalding. Due to continued demand, we are seeking an experienced Dental Technician (Prosthetics) to join our small but busy team. The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a dental laboratory and be confident in all aspects of prosthetic appliance production.
Key Responsibilities
- Denture construction including full, partial, and immediate dentures
- Teeth setup for wax try‑ins, ensuring correct occlusion and aesthetics
- Processing and finishing of removable prosthetic appliances
- Repairs and relines of existing dentures
- Interpreting dental prescriptions, impressions, and bite registrations
- Ensuring high standards of accuracy, quality, and consistency
- Maintaining workflow within a fast‑paced laboratory environment
- Collaborating effectively within a small, supportive team
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in a dental laboratory (prosthetics experience required)
- Strong understanding of prosthetic materials, processes, and techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Hours & Salary
- Full‑time or part‑time hours available
- Working pattern to be discussed at interview
- Salary dependent on experience and skill level
Pay: £24,420.00-£32,000.00 per year
