The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive culinary expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional food experiences. As Sous Chef, you will support our Head Chef, Sam Hughes, in managing kitchen operations, supervising staff, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality are maintained. Experience
- Proven supervisory experience within a professional kitchen environment.
- Extensive background in food production, cooking, and food preparation.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Solid understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in hospitality settings.
- Previous experience working in restaurants or similar hospitality establishments is highly desirable.
