Role: Production Operative
Location: Caistor (Three Oceans)
Shift: Monday to Friday, 14.00 - 22.00 (40 hours per week)
Pay: £12.80 per hour plus £1.00 per hour supplement

The Role
We are looking for reliable and motivated Production Operatives to join our team. You’ll work on line-based production activities, supporting the Team Leaders and Manufacturing Managers to achieve daily production targets.
What You’ll Do:
- Feed raw materials onto the production line and into equipment such as portion saws and tray sealers.
- Weigh, pack, and seal products accurately, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Pack finished products into cases, palletise, and wrap for dispatch.
- Visually inspect raw and finished products for defects and ensure print/seal quality.
- Carry out line cleaning tasks and maintain a safe, hygienic workspace.
- Attend training to perform production tasks safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Adhere to all Quality and Technical standards required for the area.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain high-quality standards.
