Little Saint Felix Nursery is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly Early Years team.
This is a permanent, year-round opportunity for a qualified Early Years professional looking to work in a supportive environment where children are encouraged to learn, develop and thrive. We are pleased to offer both traditional full-time contracts and our new 4-day-per-week working pattern.

About the Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Observing, assessing and monitoring children's progress
- Building positive relationships with children, parents and carers
- Maintaining a safe, stimulating and welcoming environment
- Supporting children's emotional, social and educational development
- Following safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies and procedures
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality childcare and education
Essential Requirements
- Level 2 or above Early Years qualification recognised by the DfE
- Previous experience working within a nursery, preschool or childcare setting
- Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, caring and professional approach
