NIYA CARE has an urgent vacancy for a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Care Supervisor Worker to join our growing team in Milton Keynes caring for people at home.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care including washing, dressing, grooming, and continence support.
- Assist with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, medication prompts, and mobility support.
- Follow and contribute to personalised care plans to meet each client’s needs.
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date notes using our carers’ mobile app.
- Monitor and record any changes in a client’s condition and report concerns promptly.
- Encourage independence, dignity, and social engagement for every client.
- Communicate clearly with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Drive clients to appointments or social activities when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous care experience is essential, including safe moving & handling.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car (required for community care).
- Strong English communication skills — written and verbal.
- Confident using mobile apps and completing digital care notes.
- Warm, patient, and caring attitude with a genuine desire to support vulnerable adults.
