For over 30 years, our client has delivered some of London’s most prestigious high-end interior fit-out projects, including work for The Ritz Hotel, Google and Meta headquarters, along with many other iconic commercial and hospitality interiors.
Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Joinery Technical Coordinator with a strong background in bespoke joinery and high-end fit-out projects.
The Role
This is a key position within the business, responsible for ensuring production information is fully coordinated and ready for manufacture.
You will work closely with the design and manufacturing teams to review technical drawings, coordinate production information, support planning processes, and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing and coordinating production drawings and design release information
- Supporting manufacturing planning and scheduling
- Liaising closely with design, production and site teams
- Coordinating production information packs
- Identifying potential design or manufacturing issues prior to production
- Supporting procurement of long lead materials
- Assisting with project samples and briefing sheets
- Maintaining clear communication across departments
Requirements
- Previous experience within bespoke joinery and high-end interior fit-out
- Strong understanding of joinery manufacturing processes and materials
- Ability to read and interpret technical and production drawings
- AutoCAD experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working on commercial, hospitality or luxury interior projects would be highly advantageous

Pay: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
