Overview
Immediate start, for a Long term rail project- seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable HSE Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in promoting health, safety, and environmental standards at sites and liaise with rail clients and project teams
Duties
- Develop and submit KPIs periodically
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, conducting thorough root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Prepare detailed reports on findings from inspections, audits, and investigations, presenting recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with management to promote a culture of continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance.
- Stay updated on relevant legislation changes and industry trends to ensure ongoing compliance.
Skills
- Sentinel card/PTS
- Driving license essential
- Proficient in report writing with the ability to communicate findings clearly and effectively.
- Strong skills for identifying areas for improvement.
- NEBOSH , CSCS is Essential
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
