Drivers Direct Recruitment are looking to recruit a HGV 2 HIAB driver(Brick grab) on behalf of client based in LEEDS, West Yorkshire. ....£20.50ph PAYE
Hours of work:
- Monday to Friday
- Day shifts
- 0630hr starts to around 1600hr
Pay:
- £20.50ph PAYE based on all hours work.
The Role:
- Delivery of roofing products
- Collections from businesses & building sites.
- Around 7 deliveries and collection per day
- Minimal handball
- HIAB BRICK GRAB work
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Carrying out relevant daily vehicle safety checks and reporting as per Operational Procedures.
- Ensure all delivery and collections are carried out in accordance with company procedures.
- To deliver & collect to customers in a safe and professional manner.
- To complete all work related paperwork in full and hand in at the end of the shift.
Essential Skills:
- Must hold a valid HGV 2 / Cat C licence for a minimum of 2 years.
- Must hold a valid driver qualification (CPC) card.
- Must hold a valid Digital tacho card.
- Must hold a valid HIAB Brick Grab licence and have some experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Good customer relations.
- Have a safe driving record.
- No more than 6 minor penalty points due to insurance stipulations.
- No DR’s, IN’s or DD’s offence codes due to insurance stipulations.
